Qualitative customer research to determine needs, preferences, behavioral pain points and motivations of existing and potential customers. Based on the results, we characterize potential customers’ profiles and outline their consumer journey.

Preliminary keywords research

An additional tool that directs the content strategy and optimizes your online presence.  keywords research helps uncover the language your audience uses online, providing insights about online search in order to create relevant content.

Defining goals and success metrics

Whether it is about increasing brand awareness, or increasing the number of quality leads, your marketing and business goals are at the heart of the content strategy. Content Strategy

Once we have the current and desired picture, I will formulate a structured content strategy.  The strategic plan includes content outline in different formats, combined with a designated distribution strategy for every customer persona.  The plan is presented as a detailed gantt chart and used as a basis for developing content supporting the marketing funnel.
